If you knit, crochet, or have a craft to share? Please join the "Crafty Crafer's" group of dedicated ladies who make wonderful items! Come one and come all...men and women..boys and girls!...but COME! They have changed their name and not the purpose. They are going to be doing all kinds of crafts and soon be holding classes. So, if you have a craft that you would like to share with us, please see Darlene for more details and come every Tuesday at 1:00 pm in the Conference Room. Please reach out to anyone in your neighborhood that would like to join this group.

February 9th is SUPER BOWL DAY! and it is also "SOUPER BOWL" for the church to collect much needed money to benefit the Baskervill Food Pantry in Pawleys Island. There will be our "CHEFS" here at the church waiting right after the Worship service. Be sure to bring extra cash on this day or we take checks too! This is the 4th year helping this pantry for Georgetown county.

Be looking forward to April 5th's event here on the campus. We will be having an event with vendors and possible BAKED GOODS. All proceeds go to the STRAND HELPING HANDS. Bring your bags filled with non-perishable items.

Please continue to help support the food bank by contributing non-perishable items. Our goal for 2025 is 2000 pounds. It doesn't matter when really, just whenever you are out shopping, which for most of us is every week...pick up a can or two of an item and put them in a bag and bring to the church at any time and they can be stored in a bag until the 2nd Sunday of each month. Be sure to pick up your bag on Sunday the 2nd of February and return the following Sunday the 9th. Delivery will be on Monday the 10th. 

The BLOOD BANK DRIVE will be here at the church on Wednesday, March 17th from 11 am until 3 pm in the Fellowship Hall. If you would like to sign up to give blood, please call 1-800-RED CROSS and mention MIPC. Blood is needed for those who have experienced the devastation in North Carolina and California. 

We will be planning a "SOUPER GET TOGETHER" on March 21st at 5:00 pm. We held this fun event last year and it was successful and FUN! The Choir will be the entertainment for the night. If you would like to sing or do something that is fun, please see Iris or the office. Be looking for more details in the March newsletter.
