MIPC has opportunities in Knitting on Tuesdays @ 1:00pm. With this "Stitch and a Prayer" group, they knit lots of items that not only sell at the Arts & Crafts events that are periodically throughout the year, but also baby bonnets for the babies at the local hospitals and prayer shawls for  those who are grieving and need that extra comfort. If you know someone who could benefit emotional from a "prayer shawl", please contact the church and leave a message. 

 Presbyterian Women meet the 2nd Thursday of each month @ 10:30am. Filled with knowledgeable women who lead the group in Bible Study and workbooks, this is a great time to get together and share in your love and devotion to God. 

Going forward, there is the expectation of adding more events in areas of support groups, exercise classes and learning times that are geared more toward women.
